Description: Views the cave of Gethsemane as the authentic site of Jesus' arrest. The Gospel accounts refer to a place called Gethsemane, i.e. oil-press; this cave housed such a press. Since it is unlikely Jesus and the disciples were accustomed to sleeping under the stars during cool spring nights, this cave may have been their sleeping quarters. Cites evidence of early veneration of the site.
